The role involved working as a Project Manager focussed on delivering a
front to back STP solution to offer clients the right to segregate collateral (both Cash and Securities) in response to DF and EMIR regulatory requirements. The scope of the program includes managing change across all relevant collateral systems and processes w.r.t. OTC products for US and EMEA clients. The solution involved implementing change across Front Office (FO), Collateral, Settlement, Reconciliation and Finance systems.

Was working as a Senior BA on front to back GL projects and also had PM responsibilities. The role spanned across the entire project life cycle and involved working with various business areas and coming up with an overall strategy to achieve STP from the front office source system to the General Ledger (GL). This involved interacting with various teams front to back i.e. Front Office(FO) IT, Product Control, GL IT and end users within Finance. The role also involved project managing a specific work stream in co-ordination with the Programme Manager and esclating the relevant risks/ issues to the Project Governance Board.
