FEE POLICY

This Fee Policy may be updated from time to time at SkillQuo’s discretion and applies to Projects (full time and part time) completed via the SkillQuo Online Platform. We will notify you of any material changes to this Fee Policy by posting an updated version on the Site, but you are nonetheless advised to review this policy regularly.

SkillQuo is free to join, and there are no charges to post projects or to submit estimates. Payment is held in Skillquo Escrow AFTER the Business/Buyer/Employer reviews, interviews, and selects a consultant. SkillQuo collects fees for each Project that is completed via the SkillQuo Platform from the payment sent to the consultant.

• PROJECT FEES: SkillQuo does not charge any fees to the Client for posting the project, or for hiring the Consultant for the project (for full time hire, see section below). The only fees charged to the client are the payment processing fees that are charged by the payment processor Paypal, or Stripe. These fees are pass-through and are not SkillQuo fees.
• FULL TIME HIRE FEES: The Client shall pay the greater of (A) ten percent (10%) of the Professional’s first-year annual salary for a twelve (12) month period beginning on the effective date of hire or (B) ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

For Full Time hires, the SkillQuo guarantee period shall be ninety (90) days from the Professional’s first day of employment. If the Professional is terminated or resigns within the first ninety (90) days (excluding company lay-off or downsizing), SkillQuo will find a replacement within thirty (30) days or refund fees paid in full. If the Organization views the same Consultant from more than one (1) recruiter for the same or different position, and should the Consultant be hired by the Client, the Client will pay any applicable fees described herein to SkillQuo provided the Client was first introduced to the candidate/consultant via the SkillQuo Services/platform. By agreeing to these terms, Client is also giving SkillQuo permission to charge the credit card, bank account, or other approved method of payment associated with the Client’s account for fees associated with the Client’s use of the SkillQuo Services, including the full amount owed to any hired Consultant, as well as any Service Fee.

SkillQuo does not have any fees/charges for Consultant to submit bid estimates. As consideration for providing the Services, SkillQuo retains a service fee of twenty percent (20%) from the project estimate on the release of payments from the project Escrow. For example, if the project payment is $1000, SkillQuo retains $200 and Consultant gets paid $800 at the successful completion of the project. There maybe a pass-through payment processing fee that is charged by consultant’s bank or payment provider Paypal. This processing fee maybe charged to the Consultant at the time of payment release by the Client, and is not a SkillQuo fees.

All user (Clients and the Consultants) are required to make and receive all payments relating to, or in any way connected with, a Service Contract through the SkillQuo Platform. Any action that encourages or solicits complete or partial payment outside of the SkillQuo Platform is a violation of the SkillQuo Terms of Service. If you have any questions about this Fee Policy, or overall SkillQuo Terms and Conditions, please contact us at info@skillquo.com.
