All information you (as client and/or consultant) provide the company is subject to this privacy policy. Your use of the SkillQuo platform constitutes your consent to our (the company’s) collection and use of this information. The company takes your privacy very seriously. We ask that you read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information about what to expect when we collect personal information about you and how we will use your personal data.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

1.5 | The platform is only available to individuals and legal entities who are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. Therefore users must be aged 18 or over. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information. Please notify us if you are the parent or guardian or a child under 18 and you believe data has been collected by the company. | |

2. COOKIES
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information. The information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. We do not currently have any associated companies with whom data is to be shared. If this changes, we will require any associated company to comply with the terms of this policy.

The platform provided may contain links to other websites. If you choose to click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. 7. COMMUNITY FORUMS
You may wish to participate and post content publicly in forums, blogs and through interactive features provided by the company. Please note that by doing so certain information such as your name and profile may be publicly displayed along with any user forum content. Use of any community forums is subject to our forum rules and Terms of Service. If you choose to voluntarily disclose personal information when using such features it will be considered as public information and the protections afforded by this privacy policy will not apply.

We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
9. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If the company’s business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. 11. ACCESSING, CORRECTING, AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email to privacy@skillquo.com. We may make a small charge for this service. We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to the company changes, for example if you change your email address, name or payment details, or if you wish to cancel your registration, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to info@skillquo.com. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate. You also have the ability to review, change or remove your personal data contained on our site by logging into your SkillQuo dashboard.
12. CHOICE/OPT-OUT
By submitting your personal information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. If you do not agree to our processing of your data in the manner outlined in this policy please do not submit any personal or sensitive data to us. You can request that we remove your personal data from our database at any time.
